OUR INSIGHT

This industry pushes salespeople all over the country walking in, cold calling and calling at random trying to get the commitment with the promise of “we can save you money on your credit card processing” when they haven’t even seen a statement. Almost always that’s a bust and very frustrating, making it hard for the few that can really offer a product that is truly needed to connect. Ninety percent of our clients are from referrals. Our special agreement with the leader in credit card processing combined with our streamlined overhead and profit sharing with our team allow us to offer rates lower than every statement we have evaluated. The rate combined with the genuine southern hospitality of our concierge service team based out of Tupelo Mississippi, is why we have a 98.7% retention rate and NO CONTRACT because we don’t need one.  And yes, I said southern hospitality and you’ll understand that further along in the process.

INTERCHANGE FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES

Those are the multitude of individual types of credit cards sponsored by Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Each card charges the merchant that accepts the card whatever those cards decide, some cost more such as all those cash back cards advertised on tv, you get to pay them to give the cash back, ugh. No Agent has control over their INTERCHANGE and service charges and they will charge what they want.

SPONSORSHIP FEES

Almost every other agent in their agreement with the big sponsors have agreed to charge the Merchant, that’s you, $.01-$.50 per transaction fee that goes directly to the SPONSOR not to the Agent. Many times they will mask these fees by tagging on to a bank cards processing or authorization fee. We do not tag onto those fees.

AGENT SERVICE CHARGE AND BASIS POINTS

Now these are the fees that the Sponsor and Agent like us share. The Service Charge is a dollar value maybe $.03-.06 per transaction plus Basis Points of two to seven tenths of a percent. A platform fee of only about $15 per month.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES

Traditionally there are annual fees for PCI compliance and the Security Bundle charged by the Sponsor to protect your security either each month or annually. A small fee each time you batch and another fee if you call in for verification.
